Do I get healthfund rebates for Carlin's services?
Yes, Carlin is a registered provider with all of the major healthfunds in Australia. Your level of reimbursement for your services from Carlin will depend on your individual level of cover and benefits. Please check with your healthfund for more information.

Carlin is happy to have a chat with you over the phone or via email to discuss your health concerns and whether you may benefit from working with a naturopath.
What is your cancellation policy?
Out of respect for other patients and practitioners at Carlin's group practice clinics, a cancellation notice of 24 hours is required if you need to change your appointment with Carlin. The cancellation for weekends and holidays is 72 hours. This also applies for Skype consultations. Full charges apply for cancellations made without regards to the cancellation policy.
How often will I need to see the naturopath?
This entirely depends on your own unique health concerns. When there is an ongoing concern it may be more frequently, perhaps 1-2 times per month, or once every 6 weeks. For ongoing maintenance, some people visit a naturopath just a few times per year or as a health concern arises. Once you have already consulted with Carlin, you may order any supplements or medications you have run out of without booking another appointment.
